What is Full Service?

Full Service indicates a staffed catering event. For $4.00 per guest we offer all necessary supplies to service your event. Please refer to what is included in “full service” in the pricing details.

If I get disposables, do you still bring chafing dishes?

No. However, we do offer chafer rental for $20.00 per chafer which includes fuel and serving utensils.

How much does it cost to set up our delivery?

If you do not want a staffed event but would rather rent our equipment and have us set up the food; we charge a flat $25.00 set up fee along with applicable mileage charges.

Is gratuity included in your proposals?

Yes. 20% gratuity on food menu is added to your invoice to be shared amongst the staff.

Are these the only menu options?

No. We have a plethora of menu options and packages. Please inquire about additional menus or ala carte options. We are also happy to look into specific food items of your choice on a case by case basis.

Do you offer a discount if we book more than one event?

Yes. We offer a free appetizer at your full-service event if you book a second full service event with us.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

It depends on your catering location. Some catering locations require the caterer to be the responsible party and purchaser of the alcohol. Check with your wedding coordinator or event space representative for specific regulations and permit requirements. Also keep in mind, when you provide your own alcohol; you also need to consider plastic or glassware to serve it in. Ask us! We can help.

I want to purchase the alcohol package but do not see a specific beer/wine on your list; Can I add it?

In most cases yes! Send us what you are looking for and we will check with our local vendors for availability.

Do you have a kid’s meal?

Yes. We offer a plated meal for children which includes homemade chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese & green beans for $15.00 per child.

Do you offer a vendor meal?

Yes. We allow the vendors of your choice to enjoy a plate off your dinner buffet for $20.00 per vendor.

How do I secure my wedding date?

We ask for a 25% deposit of your initial catering proposal to secure your wedding date in our calendar. After your deposit is made, it is applied to your final balance no matter how many changes you make to the catering menu.

When is my final payment due?

Final guest counts and payment is due 14 days prior to your event date.
